1. Definitions and Interpretation

4. Account Registration and Security

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah44 username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is your legal responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorized the activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ah44 customer support immediately.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ah44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• The Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated systems (bots);

• The Player has self-excluded or requested account closure under responsible gaming provisions.

In the event of account closure for violations, ah44 may withhold any remaining balance, pending winnings, and bonuses. Legitimate withdrawable balances not connected to rule violations will be returned to the Player after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations.

5. Deposits and Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments (deposits made from accounts not belonging to the Player) are strictly prohibited. ah44 reserves the right to reverse any third-party deposits and return funds to the original source.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on ah44 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, which may include conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ah44 accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limits may be decreased at any time.
